What is Joyful Leadership coaching and how can it help me?
Joyful leadership coaching is part personal, part business, part inner development. It’s about transforming people and their relationships.
Joyful Leadership is heart-centered, wisdom-led, values-based leadership that brings compassion and courage to shift the business paradigm in a world longing for these.
Instead of focusing on the “doing” that is leadership-as-normal, Joyful Leadership focuses on shifting your being. This is how you show up and impact the world around you in a positive way.
Everybody can be a leader.
I work with all kinds of people. Everyone from CEOs of big corporations to startup founders, to people who are employees at those big corporations or startups.
It doesn’t matter.
This isn’t about your position, this isn’t about your title.
It’s not about how many people report to you or if any report to you, it’s about your desire to have a bigger impact on your working environment and the people that you’re associated with.
Everybody.
It doesn’t matter if you own the company, or if you’re the person that sweeps the broom at the company. Everybody’s a leader, and everybody has the ability to have an impact on the people around them.
You don’t have to be the CEO of a big company to be the leader. Yes I work with some of them, but that’s not everybody who I work with.
Everybody is a leader, and my goal is to help bring that out in a joyful and loving way.
- Joyful leadership is a shift in the culture where you work, it’s people wanting to come to work with you, and for you.
- Transform your leadership-as-normal patterns into joyful, creative, and purposeful leadership that inspires the people around you.
- You’ll improve relationships with the people you work with, and it’ll flow into your life, the relationships you have outside of work, with family, friends, and so on.
- It’ll improve the communication you have internally in your business, as well as, again, with those around you outside in your life.
- You’ll expand your ability to collaborate, internally and externally, even looking at your competition as partners, as opposed to them being your competitors.
- Ultimately you’ll be improving the trust that people have in you, and your ability to do what you do and are passionate about.
- Joyful leadership is a shift in being who you are. There’s just a natural flow with this.

A little about me…
I’m a certified Deep Transformational Coach, gratitude fanatic, SME business consultant, and generally curious guy who has a passion for shifting the business-as-usual and leadership-as-normal paradigms.
When I’m not working on myself or helping others transform I like to write pulp novels, play TTRPGs, and do outdoorsy stuff.
